This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.borrowmydoggy.com and the associated 'BorrowMyDoggy' mobile application (together, the “Platform”) which are operated by BorrowMyDoggy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 8339960 with its registered office at 727-729 High Road, London N12 0BP ("BorrowMyDoggy", "we", "our" or "us").

This Privacy Policy is provided in accordance with BorrowMyDoggy’s obligations under applicable privacy and data protection law, including UK GDPR. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “personal data” means any information which identifies you or which allows you to be identified when combined with other information. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

BorrowMyDoggy is a data controller and a data processor. BorrowMyDoggy may also be a data processor where it processes personal data belonging to another party under their instruction and control. This Privacy Policy primarily applies in the context where BorrowMyDoggy is a data controller.

Collection of your Personal Information

BorrowMyDoggy may collect and process personal data, such as your name and email address, when entered on a contact form on our website or to fulfil our contractual obligations i.e. to provide our services including the Platform, invoice and receive payment for services, send legal updates, news and information about our services and related services.

BorrowMyDoggy may also use your information to inform you of other products or services available from BorrowMyDoggy and our partners.   • Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services; and
  • Our third-party analytics partners to analyse website traffic and understand customer needs and trends or our third-party marketing service providers to help us to communicate with. This is expressly with your consent.

All such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Children Under Thirteen

BorrowMyDoggy does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from BorrowMyDoggy by contacting us or selecting the “Unsubscribe” option on their email.

No fee usually required
