The Swan
If you’ve been out and about walking a dog by the river in Reading then why not pop in to The Swan for a gastro pub lunch with your four legged friend? Pooches are welcome both inside and out and are likely to be lavished with attention while you tuck into a hearty lunch.
The Flowing Spring
With a large beer garden as well as a balcony this is a brilliant place to soak up some sun. Dog bowls for thirsty pups are available on the balcony and treats are available to purchase from behind the bar. The Flowing Spring often has events running which are very popular, as well as a great menu - all in all, a pawsome place to spend an afternoon.
The Fox and Hounds
Aside from the great name, this pub has been previously voted in the top ten best dog friendly pubs in Surrey. Pups are welcome both in the bar and garden, but owners must be kept on a lead! Their sharing steaks are popular, as are their ‘Fish Friday’s’ and bookings can be made on their website.
The Greyhound
Dog’s are more than welcome at The Greyhound and the staff are extremely welcoming to both two legged and four legged visitors. Dog treats are kept at the bar and water bowls are available on request. A wagtastically friendly place to stop for a spot of lunch or dinner.
