Kings Park
If you’re a dog walker in Stirling looking for a nice easy walk then this could be the walk for you. With lots of open space, perfect for a game or two of fetch as well as some beautiful scenery, this makes for a great afternoon dog walk. You can probably do the route in around an hour and a half but if it’s a nice day it’s worth taking a slower pace so you can really take in the views.
The Wallace Monument
Another great dog walk in Stirling is the woodland and nature trails around The Wallace Monument. Offering panoramic views over Stirling as well as a range of trails to follow making this walk a treat for both two legged and four legged friends. In Summer the ground is carpeted in pretty Bluebells and if you’re lucky you might even spot a roaming deer or two.
Bridge of Allan Glen
Whether you’re a dog sitter in Stirling or are out and about with your own pup, the Bridge of Allan Glen is a lovely walk to explore. Trails have a mixture of flat and hilly inclines creating a varied walk that will keep you guessing, it is also extremely peaceful so this is definitely the walk to choose if you’re looking to escape the city.
Hermitage
If you’re borrowing a dog in Stirling that loves nothing more than running through the undergrowth and chasing squirrels, then this is a great choice of walk. Lined with trees, this woodland is filled with flowers, plants and wildlife with many paths to choose from. Popular with dog walkers which is perfect if your pup likes to socialise, make sure to pack your wellies in colder months as some of the paths can become slippery.
