Thurstaston Common
A great mix of woodland and heath to explore - your pup will be spoilt for choice with trails to follow and squirrels to chase. If you’re looking after someone’s dog in Cheshire that has lots of energy, this is a great place to visit as there are lots of hills to climb as well as lots of open land perfect for fetch. If you decide to climb up the hills you will be rewarded with stunning views so it’s well worth the effort!
Nantwich Marina
A wagtastic place to walk a dog in Cheshire, with lovely views of the canal. There is a little cafe where you can grab some refreshments en route and the full English Breakfast comes highly recommended. There is also plenty of opportunity for your pup to enjoy the water if he likes to swim.
Paddington Meadows
Another great place to visit as a dog sitter in Cheshire, is Paddington Mews. With a range of routes available you can tailor the walk to how energetic you and your pup are feeling. There are places to swim if your pup is partial to doggy paddle as well as plenty of open space which is great for a game or two of fetch.
Quarry Bank Mill
Offering on lead and off lead areas for your dog to enjoy, Quarry Bank Mill is a gorgeous place to enjoy as a dog walker in Cheshire. The Mill itself is a lovely sight and the streams you will encounter on your walk are pawfect for your pup to drink and splash. Why not take a picnic and make an afternoon of it - weather permitting of course.
